Community Development Block Grants

Beginning in 2020, the City of Twin Falls will receive grant funds for housing and community development activities from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Known as Community Development Block Grants, these funds can be used for affordable housing, public services, public facility and infrastructure improvements, and economic development. Projects funded through the CDBG program must help meet goals of providing decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents.
