The City of Twin Falls will transition to new utility billing software at the end of January 2026. This upgrade is part of our commitment to enhancing city services and increasing customer security, and we want to ensure our utility billing customers are informed about the potential impacts during this transition.
Customer Impact:
- System Downtime: The software system will be offline from January 26th to January 30th. During this period, ACH payments, telephone payments, and online payments will not be possible. However, residents can still make cash and check payments at the front office window.
- No Late Fees: We want to assure our customers that no late fees will be charged for bills due between January 26th and January 30th.
- New Payment Platform: A new platform for viewing accounts and making payments will be available at bsaonline.com starting February 2nd, 2026.
- Automatic Payments: Customers are advised that they may need to re-enter their account details for automatic payments on the new website.
Additional instructions on accessing the new system will be published on our city website as they become available. We understand that transitions like these can be challenging, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our services for the community.
