The suspected was last seen riding a red off-road motorcycle, heading northbound on Blue Lakes Boulevard toward the Perrine Bridge.
At 11:59, police located a red motorcycle at the Twin Falls Visitors Center approximately a half-mile north of the bank, which matched the description of the suspect’s motorcycle.
