Beginning on Wednesday, April 22, the City of Twin Falls will start construction work on Locust Street North between Falls Avenue and North College Road.
Concrete work, performed by JS Custom Crete, will include the construction of new sidewalks and curb ramps, reconstruction of damaged and deteriorated curb and gutter, and updating existing curb ramps to current accessibility standards.
These public safety and accessibility improvements on the Locust Street corridor are anticipated to be completed by early July. Locust Street is expected to remain open, but traffic delays should be anticipated during this construction period, so the public is encouraged to use alternate routes.
