[ARCHIVED] Twin Falls City Council to Hold Special Meeting

Special Meeting Announcement

Twin Falls City Council will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23 to amend city code for the creation of a Twin Falls Public Art Commission, and to open a public hearing at 6 p.m. on the amended budget for fiscal year 2019. A public hearing is required before the budget amendment may be published, in accordance with Idaho Statute 74-204.

The special meeting will be held in the Council Chambers inside Twin Falls City Hall located at 203 Main Avenue East.

City Council Special Meeting:

·         AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS, IDAHO, AMENDING THE TWIN FALLS CITY CODE BY THE ENACTMENT OF A NEW CHAPTER 2, TITLE 13, CREATING A TWIN FALLS PUBLIC ART COMMISSION.

·         AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2018-18, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2018, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2019; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF TWIN FALLS, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $4,289,878; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
