The Twin Falls City Council consists of seven seats that are open to all city residents on a rotational basis. This page provides the necessary forms and documents required by all candidates to run for office within Twin Falls City Government. Candidate Forms
Declaration of Candidacy and Petition for CandidacyAll candidates are required to file for candidacy with the Twin Falls City Clerk. The necessary form is available here. | Appointment, Certification of Political TreasurerCampaigns are required to assign a treasurer to manage incoming campaign funds on behalf of the candidate and must file with the Twin Falls City Clerk. | Declaration of Intent for Write-in CandidatesTo be considered as a viable write-in candidate, this form must be completed and returned to the Twin Falls City Clerk no later than 5 p.m. October 8. | Campaign Financial Disclosure ReportDownload the Campaign Finance Disclosure Form (blank). |

September 20: – Deadline for candidates to withdraw their candidacy
October 8: – Deadline for write-in candidates to file their declaration of intent
