The City's priorities, goals and objectives for the next five years are contained in its strategic plan. The City's strategic plan is used to guide its decision making process. Strategic plans are used as a benchmark of how well the individual departments are performing as well as determining how well the organization, as a whole, is meeting our community's needs and expectations. Once a quarter, the City will provide a detailed report intended and designed to update the citizens of Twin Falls of its strategic accomplishments.
