LEVEL PAY: Each September customers who have completed one year of service may elect to have their water bills averaged out over the year.

QuikPay: Allows for your water bill to be automatically deducted each month from the checking or savings account of your choice. Sign up for this free service by filling out and submitting an enrollment form. For more information, call 735-7264, or visit the utility department at city hall at 321 2^nd Avenue East.

PAYING YOUR BILL: Please be sure you always include your account number with your payment. When mailing, enclose the top return portion of your statement. Please do not send  cash in the mail, but checks and money orders are acceptable. When paying your bill in person at the utility department, please bring the entire bill with you. When using on-line Bill Pay, be sure you use the correct account number along with the person's name that is on the account.

There is also a user fee for wastewater collection and treatment.

PRESSURIZED IRRIGATION FEES – There is a monthly fee to customers who use pressurized irrigation. The fee is based on the amount of property under irrigation.
