ALCOHOL BAN
No alcoholic beverages are allowed at Dierkes Lake Park or the Shoshone Falls boat dock area. Thank you for your cooperation.


Movies in the Park
August 27th: Disney's Mulan-G
September 24th: 1931 Frankenstein-NR
**All movies begin at 9:30pm with the exception of Mulan, which starts at 8:30pm and Frankenstein, which starts at 8:00pm. All movies will be shown at the City Park Bandshell


Department Description:
The goal of the Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Department is to provide diverse recreational opportunities that are easily accessible to potential users.
  • The Parks Department manages over 1300 acres for the enjoyment of our citizens and visitors.
  • The Shoshone Falls and Dierkes Lake attracts over 300,000 visitors each year.
  • The YMCA/Twin Falls Municipal Pool provides services for 60,000 users a year.
  • Over 7,000 youth and adults participate in our recreational sports programs each year.
