Two Children Killed in Residential Fire; Twin Falls Police and Fire Departments Investigating At about 6 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8, the Twin Falls Fire Department was dispatched to a fire at the High Desert RV Park located at 221 Addison Ave. West in Twin Falls.
